Returns & Refunds Policy
At Costway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your Costway account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and submit a request.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories included, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
